Ritualistic abstract sculpture made from white earthenware. Surfaces are finished to resemble other materials like bone, wood or metal. The eye is finished with gold luster and the body and stand are finished with a non-fired stain.
The inspiration from this piece comes from my fascination with birds as sacred symbols.
